Woman who went missing after leaving to fetch mom has been found

She been found safe ?

A woman who left a hotel in Salt River, Cape Town on Monday to fetch her mother at the airport and was subsequently reported missing after she vanished without a trace has been found and she is safe.

According to the police, Djamena Manjenje, 27, who is originally from Angola “returned home” last night (Thursday) and an investigation surrounding her disappearance is underway.

“Please be advised that the missing person returned home last night [Thursday], the circumstances surrounding her going missing and coming back are under investigation,” said police spokesperson Siyabulela Malo.

“The missing person is currently receiving medical attention at a medical facility.”

According to News24, no criminal case has been opened yet.
