Western Cape police have apprehended a suspect in connection with the brutal murder of 22-year-old librarian Clodine Nuys.
Clodine Nuys’ body was found tied up behind a crèche near the Groot Brak River in Mossel Bay.
Nuys reported for duty at her workplace- the Jonkersberg library, around 07:00 on Tuesday, however she never returned home.
A 24-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the murder following a man hunt for him on Wednesday.
Police spokesperson, Captain Malcolm Pojie, says the man was arrested in the area on Thursday.
The suspect will be charged with murder and is expected to appear in court in Mossel Bay on Monday.
