Watch: Armed robbery at Horse betting office in Mitchell’s Plain

An armed robbery took place at Morgenster Shopping Centre in Mitchell’s Plain.

An armed robbery took place at Morgenster Shopping Centre in Mitchell’s Plain, Cape Town on Sunday 6 June 2021.

According to reports, four unknown males who were armed entered Firstbet shop and began threatening staff and customers.

The suspects made off with an unknown amount of cash in a gold VW Polo.

No one was harmed during the incident.

So far no arrests have been made.

The police have appealed to members of the public to come forward with information which may help them find the suspects.
