Three men killed in suspected gang shooting

The bodies of three men were discovered in an open field in Lotus River.

Three men have been killed in an alleged gang related shooting in Lotus River Cape Town.

Police said the bodies of were discovered shortly before 20:00 in an open field in Gemsbok Road on Tuesday.

The men aged 31, 35 and 37 had multiple gunshot wounds.

Police spokesperson, Brigadier Novela Potelwa, said detectives from the anti gang unit are investigating the killings and no arrests have been made as yet.

The police have appealed for anyone with information that could help their investigation to call 08600 10111 or relay information via the MySAPSApp.
