Latsky was last seen leaving his Somerset home on his bicycle on Thursday 14 May 2020 around 17:00 hours.

Latsky’s bicycle was later recovered in Gordon’s Bay and handed back to his family.

Somerset West police haven’t found any new clues in the case and there has been no sight of him.

Previously Detective Sergeant Isaacs, who is the investigating officer from the police station said the search for Latsky is ongoing but with little new information forthcoming.

As the days continue to pass by with no sight of Latsky family members continue to share pictures of him on various social media platforms in hopes that someone will know him or recognize his photo and come forward with information.

Latsky’s sister, Desiree Latsky shared his photo on a Facebook group and the post has been shared again by a Facebook user with the hopes of getting new leads on Latsky’s whereabouts.

“Morning everyone! My brother Michael Latsky has been missing since 14 May 2020. He is 43 years old and was last seen in Strand. I was hoping someone would recognize him on this group. Any information please 🙏”
