Speculation of a fourth suspect in the Meghan Cremer murder

There is speculation of a potential fourth suspect in the Meghan Cremer murder case following a withdrawal from Meghan’s FNB account on the day her body was discovered in a sand mine in Philippi.

Cape Town Etc reported yesterday that a day after the three suspects were in custody an undisclosed amount of money was withdrawn from Meghan Cremer’s bank account, leading the police to believe that there is a possible fourth suspect on the run.”

According the report, Meghan’s account was used at Ottery Pick n Pay and Pelican Park Shoprite. The final withdrawal was made at 6:47 pm in Philippi on August 5.

Cremer went missing from her home on Vaderlandsche Rietvlei stables on August 3. A search ensured for the 30 year old and in the evening of that day, 3 suspects were arrested on possession of a stolen car, belonging to Meghan.

Jeremy Sias 27, allegedly confessed to killing Meghan Cremer and led the police to her body.

Jeremy Sias, Charles Daniels, 34, and Shiraaj Jaftha, 35, were initially arrested for being in possession of Meghan’s stolen car, a Toyota Auris, and appeared at the Athlone Magistrates’ Court on Thursday.

There is also speculation that Meghan Cremer’s murder was part of a gang initiation following revelations that the prime suspect in the case had recently joined the Six Bobs Gang.
