Golden Arrow buses stoned at terminus in Nyanga, 2 drivers injured

SAPS, metro police and the SANDF are attending to the violence.

Public violence has resulted in the stoning of Golden Arrow buses in Nyanga, Cape Town, early on Friday, two drivers were injured in the incident.

Cape Town traffic spokesperson Richard Coleman said, “We’ve got two drivers who have been taken to hospital with slight injuries.”

The cause of the violence is still unclear, however  it seems the protest is related to taxi protest.

Coleman said SAPS, metro police and the SANDF are attending to the violence.
