Hundreds of people have gathered at Goodwood Magistrate’s Court, where Tazne Van Wyk’s murder accused is expected to appear today.

Tazne was abducted in Elsies River almost two weeks ago.

Court officials are having a hard time as the crowd wants to get inside the court room to get a glimpse of the murder accused, Moehydien Pangaker.

The 54-year-old suspect was arrested on Monday in Cradock, Eastern Cape.

He subsequently led the police to Tazne’s remains in a storm water pipe outside Worcester.

Voortrekker Road has been closed in both directions in front of the court.
