Hilarious social media account started after fixing faulty street light proves to be a challenge

A fed-up Cape Town resident has started a social media page demanding that the City of Cape Town (CoCT) repair a faulty street light on Otto Du Plessis (R27).

The Instagram Account; Lamppost_Down, was set up 3 days ago and according to information shared on the page pictures of the faulty street light will be shared everyday until CoCT fixes it.

“Going to post a photo of myself everyday, until COCT fixes me. Help me I’m broken.”

“Location – Otto Du Plessis (R27).”

“If you see me, tag me.”
