Two Golden Arrow buses came under gunfire in Gugulethu and Nyanga on Sunday morning.
Police spokesperson Joseph Swartbooi said that gunshots were fired at a bus in Gugulethu and in another incident at a bus in Nyanga bus terminals.
“Our report indicates that no one sustained any injuries” said Swartbooi.
Police are investigating a case of attempted murder.
The latest incidents come on the backdrop of attacks at the bus service, on Thursday, two buses were torched at the Blackheath Bus Depot.
On Friday a bus was robbed while travelling along Govan Mbeki Drive near Philippi.
Two gunmen posing as passengers robbed the driver and fled with cash.
Golden Arrow has called on government to intervene and ensure that they are able to operate safely.
