EFF supporters in the Western Cape have begun picketing outside a Clicks store at the Goodwood Mall in Cape Town.
Yesterday, Sunday 7 September, Julius Malema shared a tweet, advising his followers to ‘attack’ Clicks stores following their adverts which labeled black and ethnic hair as “dry and damaged.”
According to information shared by the party leader, the protests are set to go on throughout the week.
Despite the threats, Clicks also issued a statement on social media that trading would go ahead as usual.
A video shared on Twitter today shows a group of EFF supporters in their party colors demonstrating outside a store at the Goodwood Mall.
The group can be seen singing and dancing right at the entrance of the store:
