Cape nursery sells South Africa’s first cannabis home-growing kit

“Our phone lines have been crazy and we have been inundated with walk-ins, emails and social media hits enquiring as to how the products can be acquired,” Morris said.

Following last year’s Constitutional Court ruling which legalized the use, cultivation and possession of marijuana in the confines of a person’s home a Cape Town nursery Ayres Garden Centres is selling South Africa’s first cannabis home- growing kit.

Stark Ayres decided to make and avail their kit on the market after receiving bulk inquiries from customers interested in growing their own cannabis.

According to Cape Town etc Cape Town’s go-to garden centre collaborated with bio-active cell food supplier enOrmous Bud to come up with the country’s first “complete” marijuana home-growing kit.

Richard Morris, the Garden Centre Manager at Starke Ayres, said they received positive feedback to the cannabis home-growing kits.

“Our phone lines have been crazy and we have been inundated with walk-ins, emails and social media hits enquiring as to how the products can be acquired,” Morris said.
