ANC wants to be part of the solution to problems facing the Western Cape

It's your call DA...

Cameron Dugmore, the ANC leader in the Western Cape legislature has called on Western Cape Premier Alan Winde to work with the ANC in fixing the problems facing the province.

Dugmore was responding to Alan Winde’s state of the province address whom he told that fighting for provincial control of the police and railway services was a “non-starter” and “ill-conceived”.

Quoting Oliver Tambo, Dugmore called on Alan Winder to consider working hand in hand with the ANC in the spirit of the “new dawn”.

As OR Tambo said, we should never reject ideas because they come from those we regard as the enemy or the opposition. Given the scale of challenges we face, we in fact do not have a choice. We have to work together.

Dugmore said the ANC in the Western Cape is willing to help the  DA led Western Cape provincial government with direct access to the President, the National Cabinet and the mobilisation, support of the ANC community in the province.
